Woodsey here - despite not liking dinnerladies (apparently the title is all in small letters, why I do not know), there's very little else to fault with Wood - while sometimes twee, she speaks confidently from a female point of view and for this deserves respect rather than blanket derision

Freda And Barry song, in the wrong hands it could have been smutty and lacking focus, but Wood's sheer happy energy and breathless delivery while performing it turns a lyric about marital sex abstention into something that, inexplicably, the whole family can enjoy.
