| A sidenote: It occurs to us that some people may not know who Sheriff John Bunnell is. The sheriff is the silvery-haired imposing figure (retd.) who fights crime at every available opportunity and now presents those high speed cop-chase shows beloved of Channel 5 and Sky One, shows with titles like World's Most Exciting Police Chases, World's Most Scary Chases or American Cops Are Great, This Show Proves It Again And Again Chases. But they are fun. Should you wish to learn more of Bunnell's law-enforcing activities, we recommend you fix an inquistive eye on the elucidatory Unofficial Sheriff John Bunnell Fanclub. It's the best site we could find, but worth a mention is this work-in-progress site because of the quality of the writing therein.
