He is a genticly engineered Katazian. Chaos had intened a perfect male warrior, but his first attempts at gentic design where less then perfect. Hazard proved uncontrolable and unpredictable. He is not very bright and is fairly impaitent. The gentics made him strong and well skilled in fighting. He is fond of his sister Bio. The two are alwyas found togather. Hazard does not comprehend the relation he shares with his sister, though it is possible Chaos used different genetic origins. Hazard and Bio are rumored to mate, but the gentic process rendered  Hazard impudent. Hazard and Bio reside somewhere in Gredex. Hazard's weapon of choice is a large sickle top blade, it is too heavy for the likes of normal Katazians. The blance of elemental power has shifted.
