We welcome you to K&V planetdance.

K&V is located right in the heart of Menai, operating from a new fully equipped modern complex studio.  Kellie & Vanessa McCormack, the principals of the Academy began teaching in Heathcote 13 years ago. The studio has expanded over the years and is now recognised as one of Sydney’s leading and most successful dance and performing art’s studios.  Kellie & Vanessa have combined their talents together with Jade Dearie to launch their new branch of K&V.  Planetdance offers classes for children from 3 years to adults in all aspects of dance and at different levels.  We cater for the dedicated student as well as the students who wish to just come for fun!!!

 

Planetdance uniform – is something the kids all love to wear!!  Various styles are available from reception including: leotards, skirts, long dance pants, hot pants, ¾ baggy pants, crop tops, tank tops and winter tracksuits.

This two hour session covers Jazz, Tap and Pop Performance all for under $20.00

 

Office/reception will be open on trading days for your convenience.  Our website address will be available on enrolment day.  This site will be regularly updated with news, photos, and of course the success stories of all of our fabulous students!!!

30 min class - $5.00

45 min class - $7.50

1hr class - $9.00

casual class rate add $2.00

5% discount for 3 or more family members.

Accounts

Will be issued each term and posted to you prior to the commencement of the term.  All accounts must be finalized by week 2 of the term to avoid a late fee.

 

New enrolments may take the option of a ‘2 week trial package’ this gives you the option of only paying for the first two weeks of the term along with your registration fee. (Classes will be charged at the casual rate) If you choose to continue with the classes, you will then be issued with an account for the remainder of the term.

 

New enrolments

Enrolments can be made any time throughout the year.  If you wish to enrol your child please call our office and we will advise if there is a vacancy in the requested class.  Or simply fill out an enrolment form and return it to us and we will position you in the most suitable and convenient class.

 

Christmas concert

Our annual concert seems to be the highlight of the children’s dancing year; all students from Babies through to our Adult classes are invited to be a part of this annual event.  Our concert date for 2002 is to be advised.  Extra rehearsals are sometimes required around this time.

 

Private lessons

Children are chosen on their ability, dedication and potential by the teaching staff at the studio.  If your child is invited to attend private lessons for competition work they will be allocated to a selected teacher to learn a solo routine.  This routine can then be performed as many times as you choose throughout the year at various eisteddfods and talent quests.  Cost of a private lesson is $20 per half hour.
