The universe in which we live is completely abundant. We were born from abundance into a world of abundance. Into a world blessed with an abundance
of life, with an abundance of air, of water, and other natural resources. Resources that have continued to renew themselves for millions, even billions of years. There is more money in our world than |

Money is merely a form of energy. Energy that ebbs and flows. Energy that waits for direction. Energy that waits for us to
command it to action. And like other forms of energy, the clearer and more precise we can be about that direction, the easier and more efficiently it will work for us.
Money is not directly connected on an energy level to any job we do. It is,
however, directly related to the depth and breadth of flow we allow in our life. I'm not referring to emotional flow, mental fluidity, or physical ease (though they help). I am referring to the flow of giving and receiving. How much do you allow
yourself to give without the thought or need to receive anything in return? The more you are able to do so, the more flow you are able to create. And how much do you allow yourself to receive without the thought or need to give something right back?
You honor yourself and those who give to you not by giving them something right back, but by giving to others. |

Many of us choose a lifestyle of scarcity and lack, and we don't even know it. Our belief in scarcity and lack is so strong, we allow it to
permeate our thoughts, our feelings, our decisions, virtually every area of our lives. For example, look at the jobs most of us choose to create. How many of us are really doing what we love to do, when we love to do it AND are getting paid for it?
Most of us have chosen jobs where we are simply trading time for money, hours for dollars. There may or may not be elements of our jobs we like, but how many of us can truthfully say we awaken EVERY morning to the joy of a job we can't wait to do? Why
do so many of us settle for less? Is it because there is a lack of good, joy-filled jobs? Perhaps, but if everyone who has a job wants one they love, who is continuing to create all the jobs we don't love? And why do we continue to let
them?

Who created your job? Did you or did someone else? Did you choose your level of education or did someone else? Did you choose the sort of
lifestyle you want to create or did someone else? Many of us have chosen to busy our lives with the never-ending quest to create money, to be a success, to get approval, to be loved, and to someday "get ahead". But why? What is it we want to "get
ahead" of? Who is it that we are really in competition with? Is it really our goal to trade hard work today for no work at some future retirement age? What if that future never comes? Was the sacrifice made now worth it? Or what if the future does
come? But as happens so often, the world has changed, and the amounts we thought we would be |

comfortable with in retirement aren't nearly enough to live the lifestyle in which we had become accustomed? Or what if we decide we don't want to
worry about money once we retire? What if we decide we don't want to live on a fixed retirement income? Was spending our precious youth, our freedom, our time, and even our health worth it all? Is that the way life really has to be? Do we really have
to give up so much to have money, or success, or approval flow in our lives? Or could it be that the idea of trading hours for dollars is a belief whose time is gone? A belief born out of the beginning of our civilization as a means through which the
ones who "had" could control the ones who "had-not"? A belief our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc. unwittingly passed down generation to generation without examining its validity... without questioning its value... without ever asking if
it is true? Have you begun to ask yourself if it is true? Are you ready to believe there could be more? Are you willing to change your thinking? To open to more than you have allowed before? To go beyond your ancestor's thinking? To go beyond YOUR
current thinking? |

We CAN have it all... |

Learn to trust your intuition. |
|
|
We can have everything we want right now. Our life is now. Don't wait. Allow yourself to live it now. That doesn't mean your life will change
overnight... though it can. It instead means there isn't anyone or anything we have to wait for before we can begin to create what we want... there isn't anything we have to do or anyone's permission we have to get before we can begin to make the changes
we want in our lives right now. |
|
Learn to trust yourself and your inner guidance. To increase the ease with which you receive ALL forms of energy and abundance into your life
increasingly allow yourself quiet moments during your day to listen to the messages of your inner guidance, and allow yourself to trust and follow this guidance as much as possible without judgement.
Judgement often restricts the flow of energy in our
lives by comparing present opportunities with events of the past. This often limits our understanding and vision of what is possible and what can be possible to our understanding and vision of what was; causing us to live with the restrictions of the
past and preventing us from opening up to the unlimited possiblities of the present and future.
It can take courage to listen to this inner guidance at first. This "quiet voice" within you will often direct you to take actions that seem impractical
or even a "waste of time". Yet these intuitions can save you weeks or even months along your path. Your finite mind cannot know it all... cannot see it all... so why act as if it does? Why allow it to put artificial limits on you and the world around
you?
Invest in yourself. Open up to ALL the possibilities. Expand beyond the finite limits of your past. And allow yourself to trust. |
|
An important concept we can learn that will help us begin to allow more money and abundance into our lives is knowing the difference between trading
energy so that we can receive something and simply opening to the abundant flow of the universe and allowing ourselves to receive anything.
When we trade energy, as in when we trade time for money, or success, or approval, we actually diminish the
flow of energy in our lives by placing artificial limits on it. Trading energy constricts the flow by limiting what we allow ourselves to receive to that which we perceive will benefit us most right now! For example, when we trade time for money, we
are telling ourselves and others that the time we trade is less important to us than the money we receive in return. We may believe we have an abundance of time and not enough money and are therefore willing to trade one for another, but does that mean
we don't want the time we are giving away? Does it mean we would really like to have less time? Probably not, but that's exactly what we're saying! And whether we know it or not this action registers loudly with ourselves on both conscious and
sub-conscious levels (AND with others as well) that this is true. So anytime we want more money, the universe (ourselves, our friends, our employers, etc.) continues to create opportunites for us to exchange more time for more money because that's how
we have been open to it in the past... rather than opening to and creating NEW ways in our lives for us to receive it. |

|
|
In addition, when we trade time for money or ANY form of energy for another, we limit the flow of that energy into our lives to the amounts we are
able to negotiate. It isn't until we believe we can negotiate more that we allow more into our lives. Look at all the places in your life where you trade one form of energy for another. Do you really want to continue to be limited to receiving only
what you can negotiate? Even if you believe you have developed negotiating skills that are excellent, you are still allowing limits to be placed on your ability to receive. You are still creating a situation in your life where you may prosper only at
the expense of another, and they may only prosper at your expense. Ideally, is that the kind of life you would really like to live? |
|
Take a moment to think about the way you receive money and abundance now. Do you have a job or employment situation where your boss would do better
financially if he could somehow create a situation where you and his other subordinates made less money for the same work (ie. where he/she "limited overhead" or "held down" costs)? Or if you are the boss, would you do better financially if you could
somehow get the same amount of work out of your subordinates for less? What kind of relationship is that? Is it a loving relationship that promotes team work? Or does it promote the opposite? Do you really want your life to be one where everything
you receive comes at someone else's expense? Or would you prefer a life of plenty where everyone wins? A life where everyone helps everyone? Where when one prospers, we all prosper? Think for a moment... what would a world like this be
like? |

Give and receive freely... |
|
|
Giving freely out of joy or love without attaching the need to receive anything in return, meanwhile, is an act that increases the flow of abundance
into our lives. It is an act of unlimited abundance because it places no limits on what we can receive and opens us to all the universe has to offer. Ever give love to a small child or a pet without asking for anything in return? Did you notice how
that love was returned to you many times over perhaps in ways you could not even have imagined? It is the same with all energy. |
|
|
It is a universal truth that as we give, so do we receive. |
|
|
|
|
well-being is a very
abundant state. |
|
|
Learn to give. If you find an area of your life where you would like to increase the flow of abundance, ask yourself how or where you can increase
your giving? If you would like more freedom, how and where could you give more freedom to yourself and to others? Allow yourself to make the commitment to set aside time to be "free" each day. Many of us feel we just don't have enough time during the
day to set aside any to be "free", but we do. Choose to make yourself important enough to give yourself this gift... to give yourself what you want. You will soon begin to see others making you important enough to give you what you want as well. Trust
that as you give, you shall receive-- and the flow will begin again. Just like a breath-- we are unable to take in another until we allow ourselves to let the previous one go. |
|
|
|
You will also want to have a certain sense of detachment about all of the things you want to create. A sense of need or worry about
what you want can actually act to push it away. Allow yourself to focus instead on increasing your feelings and sense of well-being. Well-being is a very "magnetic" state from which you can draw all sorts of abundance to
you. Give yourself the gift of believing in your ability to create what you want... of trusting the absolute abundance of the universe... and of knowing you can have what you want. |

|
The greatest gift we give is making our own life work... |
|
|
|
|
Make the commitment to give yourself what you want right now. As you learn to give more freely and easily to yourself, your friends, your
neighbors, your employer, or even to your worthwhile endeavors, without a thought for what you will receive in return, you open to the immense flow of abundance the universe has to offer. You learn to open to receive ALL the gifts the universe has for
you. And as you receive more, you are able to give more. You find your life working in greater and greater ways. And as your life begins working in greater and greater ways, you begin attracting opportunities, situations and people into your life who
would benefit even more from your giving... people who want to follow you on your path... people who want to learn what you know... people who can be healed by your knowledge and understanding of the world around you. And as you continue to give and
receive freely, you find you are doing your life work. You are fulfilling your life purpose. You are doing what you were born to do. |

What do you want? |
|
|
|
|
Allow any form to work... |
|
|
|
Ask yourself what do you really want? Do you want a lifestyle filled with love and joy? Do you want money and abundance to flow freely in every
area of your life? Be as specific as you can. What would your life be like if you had what you want? How would you spend each day? The more clarity you can bring to your vision of your ideal lifestyle, the more power it will have. And once you know
what you want... |

|
|
|
When drawing to yourself what you want, you can increase your ability to create by allowing ANY form to work. For example, if you
want to create your ideal lifestyle, and you envision your ideal lifestyle to be one of unlimited money and wealth, ask yourself what feelings would having unlimited money and wealth bring you? What would your life be like if you had unlimited money and
wealth? What would today be like? Would you have more time? Would you travel more? What feelings would that travel bring you? Would you relax more? Would you feel more free? Explore. And once you have explored, begin to see ways the universe--
you, your environment, and the people around you-- can bring you those feelings right now. Recognize them when it does. And ask yourself how you can be open to even more. |
|
|
Ask yourself, "Is there one step you can take today to allow more of what you want into your life?" |
|
|
|
|
As you open to all the ways the universe can give to you, you increase the flow of everything you want into your
life. |
|
|
|
|
Once you ask, it is important to let go. You may receive insights right away, or it may take days, weeks, or even months. The more you are able to
let go of the need to receive insights, the more easily you will receive them and the clearer they will be. |
|
Take note: Like attracts like |
|
|
Whether it be objects, people, or thoughts it is an immutable law of this universe that "like attracts like". If this were not true, the universe we
live in would still be one huge homogenious "soup". The planets would not have formed and the stars would not have come together to ignite. Many people have come to believe that opposites attract; however, if physics has shown us one thing, it is that
opposites don't attract, but instead annihilate each other! So the next time you want to attract money, joy, love or an abundance of anything into your life think thoughts and take actions that you would take as if you already had what you
want. |

|
Your thoughts create your reality... |
|
|
|
Everything that has ever been created began first as someone's thought. And it is those thoughts that have enough energy and power behind them to
evoke right action that come into being. As you think, so shall you create. What are you thinking right now? |
|
|
|
Like anything new it often takes time to go from your "first steps" to being able to "run". So allow yourself the gift of gentle compassion as you
learn. And remember, as always, to allow yourself the gift of being yourself... |
|
|
|
Affirm for yourself-- "All is well in my world. I allow money and abundance to flow freely into every area of my life." |
