Proposals

By proclamation of King Andre, all proposals from this day forth shall be required to have been published in two copies. One, which is to be available electronically, is to be stored online on a website or at the e-group. The other which is to be available upon request is to be written or typed and printed on paper in any translatable language. All proposals will be numbered in order of their submission and archived at the official URW website and will be available as public record.
