At a point, previous, in the time continum, there was a people. These people
were known as the Wadkans. They were a most peaceful of people.
After existing on their home planet for over 250 thousand cycles,
they had acheived a balance between civilization and nature on their
planet. Then, one day, an alien race visited them. Seeing that
they were able to control their inherintly violent nature, the visitors
decided to share with them the knowledge of travel, faster then
the speed of light. Several thousand years passed as the people
used their knowledge to spread out and colonize other planets, even
galaxys. They met with other species and formed treatys and alliances.
Then, one day, an ally of these people came under attack. The
foe, was known as the EON (Empire Of Normal). This was a mighty
empire, who had taken many galaxys into thier control. These people
decided to come to the aid of their allies. However, being an intelegent
race, they realized they could not do much, alone. So, the people sent emmisaries wide and far and recruted many people into an alliance. This alliance later became known as the United Republics of Weirdo (URW). The newly
formed URW consisted of four Republics, the Republic of Wadka, the
Republic of Ohio, the Republic of Siko, and the Republic of Odda.
Each Republic conatined many galaxies with hunderds of thousands
of species willing and able to fight off this aggressor. With this
newly formed alliance the people stood a chance. Within no time
at all the people had ammassed a force of millions of troops from
all species. They took this military force and put it under control
of Admiral Kyjiak Kirako. Kyjiak Kirako was a Nubian general from
the Republic of Ohio. She had spent 10 wadsics on the Klingo planet
of Kotsovidalv, training in advanced Klingo military tactics. She
had been chosen to lead the first counter-attack due to her knowledge
in the field of Interatmospheric Battle. She lead a force of approximately
45 million land, air, and space troops. Their mission
was to liberate the recently captured planet of Ohi, in the Republic
of Ohio. After a batlle that lasted over .2 wadsics the Admiral
had acheived victory and the liberating force marched on the surface
of the planet. They were welcomed as heros. A series of further
battles continued to push the Normal force further and further back.
Finaly at Wadka date 258.122.13.13 the Treaty of Nuta was signed.
The Treaty of Nuta established the Prima Line which marked to border
between the URW and the EON. The Prima Line still stands today
as the border between the two nations. The treaty also established
that no further incursions should ever occur accross the Prima Line.
However, this left any newly explored space to be feuded over,
which, in time, occured, and still does to this day. After the
URW had successfuly acomplished its goal, there was talk of disbanding
the alliance. However, the still present threat from the EON and
other nations kept it alive as a military alliance. Then, along
came another great person. This person was Qao Mein. Qao Mein
was a Wadkan, from the planet Wadka, in the Republic of Wadka.
He was not a well educated man. As a matter of fact he had never
actulay completed his secondary schooling. But, he had ideas, and
some of those ideas were in the feild of government. In wadsic
258.125 he wrote an article into the Ohi Tribune about the possibility
of creating a unified government for the URW. This idea quickly
spread and was widely debated. At wadsic date 258.127.5.13 the
leaders and many representatives of the various planets of the four
Republics met. It was voted on and decided that a central government
should be formed. Then the question was raised, how should it operate?
For that answer came an idea proposed by Dr. Markit Flin. Dr Markit Flin had a noble idea. An idea that was to combine the the elements of several preexistinng goverments. The economic ideas of Socialism with the representative ideas of Democracy and the prestige of a Monarchy. This formed the Monarcial, Socialistic, Democracy, or Monsodem. The ideas instantly became popular with the people. And so, on wadsic date 258.128.13.13, exactly
6 wadsics after the signing of the Treaty of Nuta, the new government
was implimented into the URW with the approval of the representatives of the 4 Republics. And now, you know the history of how the URW came to be.
