Willow Rosenberg Bio
Willow Rosenberg was born to Ira and Shiela Rosenberg. She grew up in a strict, yet out of touch Jewish family. She wasn't close to her parents and still is not.
Not much is known of Willow's childhood aside from the fact that she was picked and had one friend, Xander Harris. Xander and Willow tried going out when they were five, but broke up because he broke her barbie. Willow's reclusive shell only began to break when she was a sophomore in High School. She met a life changing person, her best friend Buffy Summers, the vampire Slayer. Through her friendship with Buffy and her growing confidence she grew stronger and more outspoken. In her Junior year she met Daniel Osbourne aka Oz, a guitarist for the local band Dingoes ate my baby and also a werewolf. It was through Oz that Willow learned to love and open up. It was around this time that Willow began an interest and practice in withcraft. Willow and Oz broke up after he cheated on her in his wolf state with another lycanthrope Veruca. Oz left town and Willow became involved with a girl from her Wicca group, Tara a soft spoken, stuttering, recluse. Tara and Willow came together to become even more powerful Wicca's with a love even stronger than that of magic. That is until Willow's use of magick spun out of control forcing Tara to leave her. Willow recovered from the magick use and Tara came back to her. In a twist of ironic fate, the day after their amends Tara was shot and killed by Warren, an enemy of the Scoobies, sending Willow into such a rage of vengeance that she took on an alter ego, a messenger of death. She attacked not only her enemies but her friends. She killed Warren brutally, and was stopped by her friends before she could kill again. She finally stopped the rampage when confronted by the best friend of her life Xander Harris. Willow then moved to England for the summer to learn to control her abilities, and to get to know herself better. Upon moving back to Sunnydale, she was greeted with love and forgiveness. She helped the Slayer Buffy stop the First Evil from releasing his army of UberVampires on the world. She summoned the magickal power inside a mystical scythe and upon receiving more goodness than any human can, she not only activated every Slayer in Waiting in the world, but became a goddess. Willow is currently on the road with the Slayer, her sister, Xander, The Slayer Faith, Andrew, Giles, Robin Wood, and her girlfriend Kennedy seeking out thenew Slayers of the world to bring them their destiny.
