Physical Description of Character:
Shadow at 6' even stands as a shadowy stranger discrete in his stance and manners, showing a hidden power and unseen angers. His obsidian eyes peer out from beneath his stylishly unkempt hair. His bangs are tinged with golden highlights and offset his dark, but regal features well. His hair, even in the brightest of lights, shadows his eyes as if the shadows of his soul are too dark shine through. Weighing 185lbs, he a slender and good looking young man. His nails are painted black to cover the permanently blood stained nails.
Character's Personality:
Shadow has a putrid hate for mortals, their scent alone turns his stomach. He trusts very few people and even those he does trust he still finds moments of doubt. His paranoia is displayed through violent outbreaks fueled with irrational logic. Shadow is a lonely young man that keeps to himself for the most part. He longs for companionship, but his lack of trust forbids it. Shadow is an outcast. Only one man holds his loyalty, and hard earned trust. That man is Necaz Razven. The powerful Demon had cared for Shadow like a son and when he was ripped from Shadow's grasps it placed yet another deep scar on his soul. Shadow is a chain smoker, this habit tends to increase when he's had a particularly rough day, or is feeling overly anxious about something.
Character's Background: Shadow was born to an Incubus and a Demoness over 1,000 years ago. He was an unhappy child and grew up too fast in this unloving home of a couple doomed for failure. They beat him with their twisted love. By the time he had reached his 16th year, Shadow had made the decision to rid himself of the vile creatures that called him their son. One night after much planning he finally made his move. He found his mother alone in the kitchen and decapitated her with her own kitchen knife. Then he moved on to his father, whom he found in the barn. Shadow hated his father the most. The incubus was most misleading in his affections, loving one moment then hurting the next. Shadow tackled his father and cut his father�s Achilles Tendons. Strapping his father down on a table, Shadow forced his father to watch as Shadow decorated the room with his mother�s dissected body. Taking a shape knife, Shadow proceeded to cut his father apart, keeping his father alive as long as possible. His father died disappointingly after nine hours. Shadow was attempting to keep him alive for at least a day. He then decorated the house with his father�s cut up body.
After that he ran, and stayed on the run. Shadow taking odd jobs in strange towns for a few weeks at the time to gain the needed funds to move on. Afraid to stay in one place for too long as he might end up in the gallows for what he'd done to his parents. By the age of 21 Shadow was well schooled in the ways of the world, and the ways of women. He seemed to have a natural charm that got him in to plenty of trouble. It was on one such occasion that he was met by Necaz Razven, a powerful Demon Lord that was feared and revered by all.
It so happened that Shadow had fallen to the eldest daughter of Necaz's right hand man, Alexi. Alexi being none to happy about the situation had asked Necaz to handle the situation. However, when Necaz went to speak with Shadow, the girl was never mentioned, and Necaz instead offered Shadow a home and a job along with full training in the skills of an assassin. Necaz grew fond of Shadow's skill and particular personatlity rather quickly and came to think of him much as a son. For 379 years Shadow was at Necaz's service. Necaz held him dear as a loyal member of his following and protected him as he could while helping to guide him down the path of his chosen profession. They became a great team and though Necaz felt that he was too young to handle the business end of their operation, Shadow became Necaz's number one assassin and his favorite amongst the minions.
599 years and 3 months have passed since Necaz was exiled to the abyss, and Shadow has spent most of that time dedicated to finding a way to free his Father figure. Shadow has stayed in Necaz's grand mansion, living his life and keeping the organization together to the best of his ability though Necaz's followers are scattered through out the world. Over the years Shadow has come to know Helios, the dark priest of Necaz. Shadow and Helios, though not friends they are acquaintances, their goal is one and the same.
Character's Abilities:
Shadow shows an incomprehensible strength, and the heightened senses shared by most of his species. His night vision is heightened as well as his hearing and smell. He can sense other immortals at the drop of a hat. His advanced skill with most weapons is outstanding. Shadow possesses the power to draw any unsuspecting mortal in with his bewitching allure.
Shadow was blessed with the powers of Temporis, this power is usually associated with Vampires and is rare for a demon to possess, especially one as young as Shadow. However, his skill is restricted to only some areas of Temporis, they are as follows;
� Time Sense
Shadow holds a perfect sense of time, and can sense any sort of time disturbances, such as uses of Temporis, the Time sphere, the Pandemonium arcanos, etc.
� Ramble On
Shadow may put a victim into an endless loop, in which the victim will repeat whatever he/she was doing at the time he used this power. The draw back to this power is that it can not be used if the victim is in a dangerous situation.
� Zombie's Curse
He may put a victim into a state where they perceive the world as moving twice as fast, and they are moving at half-speed. In combat, most of the victim's Melee and Brawl attacks are increased in difficulty, and do half their normal damage due to their offset perception. However, this only lasts in 10 minute increments.
� Frozen Object
Shadow may temporarily remove an inanimate object (that is not touching an animate being) from the time stream. Objects stopped in this way lose no energy. He may allow an object to reenter time at will; otherwise, an object will reenter the time stream of its own accord after a ten minute period.
� Outside the Hourglass
Shadow can step out of time. In this state, he can move any objects manually. Any effects created by him, including explosions, attacks, etc, can be created, but will only take effect once he has reentered the time stream.
Character's Weapons:
Shadow is skilled with many weapons, and very good with anything he manages to get his hands on, however, his weapon of choice is a scythe that he has carried for as long as he can remember.
