Character Classification: Vampire

Phys. Desc.: It is impossible to ever classify Pray Apex with a single physcial aspect. He is a virtual chameleon, a master of disguise. He has no one true form anymore, and as far as he's concerned he never has. It doesn't really matter to him anyhow, what's then was then, one must live for the present and the future, there's always time to go back in the past later.
Character's Personality: Pray's only constant trait is his ability to totally forget who he was on a whim and decide to be someone totally different, that's not to say he has multiple personalities, far from it. He's always himself, he's just himself as someone else at the time. To put it in perspective, he's like a big child with an overactive imagination and the ability to act out most of his fantasies in the physical world.

The following is a snippet I found in Oswald's files concerning that eccentric fellow you had spoken of:
Pray Apex is a true enigma throughout the whole of vampiric society, or he would be if anyone knew anything about it. Which is precisely why he's such a slice of intrigue. Nosferatu scholars say he has been around since the times of Caine himself. Possibly a direct child of Malkav. Others claim he is nothing more than an existential bit of Malkav's will, brought into existance through some intense madness of the sleeping antideluvian. Even fewer have had the nerve to claim that he is quite possibly Malkav himself come to herald the call of gehenna.
This last lot are typically the ones who aren't even invited to the Nosferatu parties, so no one really takes their claims seriously anyways. Well, maybe a few Malkavians take them seriously, but no one takes a Malkavian seriously, and therefore they also do not count. It's said that Pray himself was once questioned on the matter of whether he was Malkav, however after a good three hours or so, they found that the rather silent and bored looking pray was actually a cleverly planted chimerstry illusion.
There's also rumors that he is nothing more than an upstart of a Malkavian neonate who happens to have a few powerful tricks up his sleeve. This is the most widely distributed rumor, which suggests that Pray himself is probably the one who started it. This, experts claim, only verifies their half-baked proclaimations of his origin, and that he is indeed some ancient vampiric presence here to wreak havoc for some insiduous Malkavian purpose. The Malkavians themselves whole-heartedly agree with this, claiming he is but the biggest malkavian prank ever set into motion.
I know this isn't much, but i'll keep an eye out for any other information regarding this 'Pray Apex' for you.
