In his second year at hogwarts harry had been warned by a strange house-elf that terrible things were going to happen there, and when he tried to get to platform 9 and 3/4 he can not get throught the barrier. so he flys to school in ron's dad's car. on arrival at hogwarts they bash into a tree that fights back and loose the car. Then later on in the year attacks start happening on half-bloods and muggle borns and his freind hermione gets petrified. him and ron then go down into a secret chamber made by salazar slytherin and meets voldermorts younger self that had been preserved in a diary and put back into his old body. He then sets a giant snake, called a Basilisk, on harry harry is helped by a phoenix and a scruffy old hat to defeat the Basilisk with a the sword of Godric Gryffindor which he had pulled out of the hat. he then stabbed the diary and defeated lord voldermort for the third time.
In his third year harry does not meet voldermort but finds out that an escaped murderer is his godfather and that rons sat, scabbers, is a small man called peter petigrew this is the man who got his parents killed and this is the man who did the killings, sirius black (the man who went to prison harrys godfather) went to prison for. He escapes from askaban the wizard prison bent on killing pettigrew but harry spares petigrews life, but then snape finds them all and lupin who was already there and sirius dont act quickly enough and loose their wands but harry and hermione stun him. they then all take petigrew back to the castle but lupin turns into a werewolf and runs into the forest and petigrew transforms back into a rat and escapes sirius. Peter then returns to his old master Lord Voldermort sirius then gets captured by the ministry of magic and will soon have his sole sucked out but harry and hermione help him escape on a rescued hippogriff and sirius goes on the run.
In his forth year harry goes to the quidditch world cup and the dark mark, voldermorts sign, appears in the sky causing terror and panic in the wizard world. harry becomes a competitor for the triwizard cup and has to overcome three challenges. in the first task harry gains top marks by defeating a dragon, in the second task harry comes last but gains points for nobility this was a task were they had to go under water in the lake and find their most dear belongings, in the third task they had to complete a maze in tghe middle of which was the triwizard cup and whoever got to it won. Harry and cedric helped each other out all the way throught the tournament and decide to take the cup together when they take it, it teleports them to a greave yard and someone kills Cedric voldermort is reborn to his former body and his faithfull followers, the death eaters, re-unite harry duels with voldermort and manages to escape taking cedrics body back to hogwarts with him. The fourth time he escaped lord Voldermort.
In Harrys fifth year the order of the phoenix come together again (a group of wizards who fight the death eaters) and their head quarters is in sirius blacks mothers house it is an evil place but perfect for head quarters. Harry sees sirius hear before going to his trial (he had been expelled from hogwarts for using magic outside school he used a patronus charm to stop the dementors getting him) he gets exce[ted back into hogwarts and hagrid is not there. when hagrid finally gets back he is beaten and bruised but wont tell them why. arthur weasley is attacked by voldermort in a snake form and harry has a dream and finds this out. mr weasley doesnt die. later on in the year harry finds out whats been going on with hagrid he has smuggled his little brother, a giant called grawp, into the school forest grawp is sixteen feet tall, twice as big as Hagrid and beats Hagrid up. Harry then has another dream and Voldermort is torturing sirius and harry thinks this is real so he breaks int o professer umbridge's office, Umbridge is his d.a.d.a teacher and is a nasty old bat, and trys to contact sirius using flew powder but sirius is not there says kreacher the mad house-elf, so harry, ron, hermione, ginny and neville set off for the ministry of magic and go to the department of mysteries siriius is not there but the death eaters are and they try to make harry give them a prophecy that only he can take off of the shelf this prophecy is what voldermort needs to know about himself anf Harry. then just as they look as if they are going to be killed the order bursts in and battle the death eaters, the order are hard done by but manage to defeat them when dumbledore arrives, voldermort trys to kill harry but dumbledore saves him then voldermort apparates and hrry has escaped the fifth time but meanwhile sirius is killed battling with his ruthless cousin bellatrix lustrange come on you can do better than that he taunts as she misses then her next hits him square in the chest and that is the end of harrys godfather the death eaters go to askaban but will soon be broken out when the dementors join voldermort. nothing more happens except the prophecy neither can live while the other survives meaning that harry must either kill voldermort or die trying and if he doesnt voldermort has the power to rule the world because only harry has the chance of killing him.....the story will continue when book six comes out but until then here is the story so far i hope you enjoyed it retold by me.
