Placebo are back!!!!!!!!! And what a song to come back onto the scene with. The Blistering �Because I Want You� is the first single to be released from Placebo�s new album �Meds� The song is one that is typical of Placebo with a fantastic drum beat, melodic guitar riffs and amazing lyrics. Placebo have amazed everyone. After the release of �Once More With Feeling� in October 2004 many fans feared that this was the end of Placebo. But almost 2 years later there back with this storming track. This is Placebo at there best! The song is upbeat and catchy and the sort of song you�d hear in the morning and then it�s in your head all day.
Placebo are known to surprise both fans and the media with each new release, each album has been packed full of surprises that get better and better, and here they are with a brand new single which is definitely going to be a Placebo Classic. The song starts on a short drum intro and then straight into the lyrics. The chorus kicks in with the line �Fall into you� and then the ever catchy chorus hits and you can tell that this will be a fantastic live song.
A very good choice for a single from Placebo. This song has shown fans that after 10 years in the industry that Placebo can still do it! If this is just the single then what can we expect from the new album �Meds�? Find out on the 13th March .
