Winner, October 2001 Rating:5/5
A surprising winner on October (it only ranked #3 at the polls), this site is honestly one of the best I've ever seen. It has edged its runner-up by less than 0.5% (that was close!).This site has cool graphics, cool fonts and some interesting stuffs in it. The webmaster also used some (but not too much) javascripts to make the site more alive. Although some annoying stuffs are existent,this site still provides the best example of an award-winning site! Visit it today!

The Pinoy Ghosthunters
1st Runner-up,October 2001 Rating:4/5
Honestly, the only way you'll appreciate this site is if you believe in ghosts [MULTO!]. The 1st runner-up for October competition, this site is almost technically perfect. It is consistent with its lay-out, and it tells you stories about (guess what?)ghosts. It is a pretty small site, but is still worth a look.

Quicksilver's page
2nd Runner-up,October 2001 Rating: 3.5/5
A simple and yet interesting site, Quicksilver's page currently holds the highest percentage gathered for the polls, 37%. Iw was a small but good site.Some parts are also obviously under construction because they link back to the home page.The best part of this site is the 'weblog', which is somewhat similar to my 'my say' section. Over-all, it is a promising site.
Bottom line:Quick! Take a look at this site.

The JCS and GMIK fanpage
Winner, September 2001 Rating:4.5/5
This site, which is a celebrity page, features a popular teenage group (JCS) in the Philippines and a teenage show called GMIK. It is interactive,full of biography of celebrities, and links to other websites of the same interest. Although it was not consistent with its lay-out, this site was still lucky enough to win the PWM, edging its runner-up only by 1.45%.Check it out!

Sunrise Seminary
1st runner-up, September 2001 Rating:4.5/5
The first website to get a 100% score for the 'technical stuffs' category, this site has also a simple but elegant lay-out to boast about.It talks about the daily life of seminarians, focusing on their routine and the beliefs they hold on to.This site, however, lacks interactivity and it's a pretty small site (consisting of probably less than 20 pages), which could have caused it the award.
