lady with in growing toe nail posted for surgery. Had pre- op. test showing macrocytosis- take alcohol h/o 
bimanual exam. 
lady with h/o severe eczema- counsel 
young lady, +ve preg test, needs u/s to rule out ectopic  pregnancy-counsel
e/o leg [diabetes mellitus]
arterial blood sampling- manikin 
e/o ear
h/o tiredness & body ache for 6 months—d/d
mother worried about her child having diarrhea, on telephone- counsel 
suturing 
mother gives a h/o child crying often for 1 week - counsel
