STD- history & counseling 
father diagnosed of having terminal cancer, daughter wants 2 know about the pain management etc 
anxiety- take history 
E/O upper abdomen
catheterization 
4yr child lethargic -counsel the mother worried 
4yr child  with coeliac disease, counsel father 
primary survey, 
post herniorraphy pt comes to the a/e with c/o pain-counsel [!!!!a very angry pt complaining that no one attended to him in a/e since 4 hrs] 
cx. smear 
e/o respiratory system [pef provided]
e/o thyroid
