Repeated attacks of LOC in a 20 year old -take history & discuss with examiner (pt had epilepsy)
Anorexia nervosa-talk to patient (or was it history taking?)
Collect venous blood from anaemic patient (careful what u choose to do it with, incomplete sets provided)
Suturing after cleaning.
Otoscopy + hearing tests on a deaf ear
5year old ill boy with meningococcal septicemia-talk to mom about his condition & furthur management

Examine prostate by doing P/R & tell diagnosis-stage 3 carcinoma
Post op pain management in a hernia patient(anxious because of previous bad experience)
Phone conversation with a mom about her kid with diarrhea mild dehydration-(mom had diarrhea too)
DKA-VIVA (chest X-ray showed consolidation)
PET-convince patient to get admitted-(she wants to go home)
Examination of hip in a pt with osteoarthritis
