1.Sexual History taking,man with urethral discharge.
2.Mother came to A&E after son getting needle injury in a park(address her anxieties)

6.22yr. old girl with inverted ankle injury( lateral malleolus),no fracture and examination done,tell her about your management plans. Her Q's:she works as a plumber, how long can't she work for and when can she get back to playing tennis.

9.Asthma spacer technique demontration to mother.
10.Fever Hx from a soldier,3days high, continuous fever with sharp stabbing pain in chest(right side.
11.Man going in for hemicolectomy-midline laparotomy,consent taken, explain about procedure,risks,complications and address his fears as he is very anxious.
12.Constipation Hx-take from a nurse on the ward and tell DD to the examiner.
13.CPR-child,6yrs.old
14.BP-pt has dizzy spells.
