24yrs old woman,culture positive for gonorrhea ,discuss rx and mgmt. 
h/o paracetamol poisoning now been  discharged .assess mental state and future risk of suicide. 
Low back pain,spine examination.
Breast examination .
Respiratory . sys. examination. 
Neurological assessment of comatose pt. 
Upper abdominal pain ...take relevant history.
