h/o Loss of consciousness was clear cut case of epilepsy.

history taking of bloody diarrhoea. history of mucus in stools and wt loss n appetite loss. dd was ca colon, IBD, IBS, fecal impaction, thyrotoxicosis
HIV pre test counselling
counsel mother of lethargic child with polyuria n polydypsia. 
phone conversation with mother of child with ear infection not releived by antibiotics. rash present..tumbler test negatuve[mother says so]
