Telephone conversation with mother of child diagnosed with ear infection. She's done glass test and rash was non-blanching. 
Urethral catheterization 
Venepuncture 
Fever. Take hx. [pt is a soldier]. 
Sensory examination of lower limbs. She has loss of everything below knees. 
Irregular vaginal bleeding for six months, 47 yr old, apparently was endometrial cancer. 
Counsel mother of inconsolable crying 4 month old. All tests and visit to consultant paediatrician showed nothing wrong with baby. 
Upper abdomen examination of upper Right quadrant pain and fever.

Man with cluster headaches which are unresponsive to any drugs. requests for a MRI
Woman with h/o palpitations.
