6. Child with URTI, counsel mother as she's worried abt meningitis.
7. Catheterization
8. Take blood from anemic patient
9. Diabetic foot examination
10. Upper abdomen examination, patient's Murphy's sign positive.
11. Scaphoid fracture- examine+ discuss management
12. Patient with fever, giving typical h/o pleuritic chest pain.
13. Collapsed 12 yr old girl, take history from mom, couldn't find out the cause (excluded DKA, meningitis, epilepsy, no h/o travel)
14. Rest
15. Uncomplicated MI, lifestyle advice.
16. H/o weight loss- hyperthyroidism.
