upper abdominal exam [gives a h/o nausea,vomiting]
h/o vomiting in a 10 week pregnant woman, with ketones [+++] in Urine, take History and Mgmnt
primary survey 
i/v cannulation
6 month child #femur-take history from the mother
post MI counseling
anorexia nervosa --history/DD
assess risk of HIV and counsel the youngster 
3o yr old with h/o drug abuse [heroin], breathlessness[2 weeks??],take relevant history and D/D 
hernia repair- consent 
suturing 
per rectal examination
per vaginal examination
