h/o a patient who has come to the A&E with weight loss.d/d

Mr. A has h/o right upper abdominal pain since 2-3 weeks.Not related to intake of food, non alcoholic and a non smoker
 exam  the   abdomen only.No further history taking is required.

Ms. X 23 year old female complains of pain in the left lower abdomen since today morning.
Not associated with fever.take history 

a different place to pursue her career in law.explain to a patient about her medication for her epilepsy.

examine the neurological status of the patient. 57 year old lady who has got giddiness since a couple of weeks.
Examine her VIII cranial nerve. 26 year old female,she complains of weight loss of nearly 5-6 Kilos since 2-3 months.

pt  has been started on tricyclic antidepressants to be taken daily at night.
Your Psychiatric Consultant has asked to you talk to the patient and answer all the questions that he might have.

talk to a concerned mother about her child who is having fever since 4-5 days.

 Mr B a 65 year old man has got chest pain since 2-3 hours radiating down the shoulder and up the neck.
His GP has given him diamorphine 2 hours ago but the pain is not yet relieved. His blood pressure is 100/70 mm of Hg and pulse is 90 bpm.
 Discuss the managemenecg,chest radiograph will be shown to you
