dose calculation - Fentanyl 25kg boy at dose of 4 mic gm per kg per hour at 1ml/hr iamp contains 0.5 mg in 1 ml
55 yr old urethral discharge ,refereed to GUM clinic u r SHO, take history and counsel with advice of approp investg-gonorrhoea
