My blood pressure is slowly coming down and I am heading in the right direction. I am back to 223 after a little stint of 224-225 weight for a week. My blood sugar is still under control. I had to shake things up yesterday and it looks like it worked.
Lesson learned: If you want to be successful at anything, you must picture yourself and begin living life in that success. If you want to weigh less, then see yourself as weighing less. Put the principles required into action that will take you to your destination. If you want to be a millionaire, put the principles into practice and see yourself in that position.
