I went to sleep late last night. It was probably around 11:30 pm. The alarm went off at 3:15 am so I could get up to walk my 5 miles. I was up within 3 minutes of the alarm sounding. I was moving a little slower this morning. It's been a while since I went to bed that late. I took my ACT energy drink and my STACK protien shake and off I went into the dark of the night.
I overdid myself and we went to Durango's last night and I had a chicken enchilada, chicken burrito, chicken taco, rice, beans, a boat load of chips, and salsa. I put an extra 1 1/2 pounds on last night. I am part of a friendly competition with some fellow future slimmers of America at www.freeweightloss.com. This will be my last splurge as I look to weigh 210 on October 1, 2006.
Lesson learned: The Beach Boys sang a song called "Be True to Your School." We have to be true to ourselves. When we set a goal, we need to do our best in achieving that goal.
