I have a disease (LOL). It is called furniture disease. It is where my chest has fallen into my drawers. I am changing my regimen and I am starting to address my furniture disease. I am going to move my chest back up to where it belongs. I am do 30 minutes on the changetrac machine and 30 minutes on weights focusing on my legs and abs one day, chest and shoulders the next day, and then arms and back on the next day.
Lesson learned: Be sensitive to your body and what it is telling you. I left work a couple of hours early to get some rest as I sensed an illness coming on. I got my rest and felt better and feel great this morning.
