Entry for September 3, 2006
It's a new day and I lost another 1/2 pound and hit 223. This makes 25 pounds in 50 days. Yesterday for breakfast I had my protien STACK Body tune up shake and 1 egg and 2 pieces of bacon. For lunch I had homemade lasagna that my wife made. And for dinner, I had 3 naked chicken strips, 1 fried chicken breast, cole slaw, and a biscuit from Popeye's.
