I started walking again this morning. I was moving a little slower. I was only able to do 4 miles in the hour instead of the 5 miles.


My knee is about 85-90% back. I can't wait for it to get back to 100% so I can pick up the pace. I hate walking slower. I tried to walk faster, but my mind and body wouldn't let me. I know there is a lesson in there, but haven't figured it out yet.
