In spite of my injured knee, I am refocusing my efforts to continue to drop weight.  I am going to focus on upper body exercises starting in the morning. I am still on my plateau bouncing between 216 & 218.


Lesson learned: The marines have a saying, "improvise, adapt, and overcome." That is what I am going to have to do. Since my walking is put on hold, I will focus on upper body and abdominal exercises.
