On Friday morning I weighed in at 216 pounds. This is 3 pounds less than the day before. I now have lost 32 pounds since July 15, 2006. I have recently changed up a couple of routines that I believe helped me lose the extra pounds.


Lesson learned: Even if you think you are doing something the best way, there still may be a better way. Keep learning!!!
