I hit the scales this morning and they smiled at me. I broke the 220 mark and weighed in at 219. This is a 1-1/2 pound drop since yesterday. I have been really focused and drinking a lot of water and "Nitro Boosts."


Lesson learned: Focus, focus, focus. It is so easy to get distracted. I hear my stomach growl and immediately, I hear my little voice say, "You must be hungry." I then answer back, "No, I'm not." Going out to lunch with others, working late, leaving early are just some of the things that may cause us to get distracted. We have to see our goal and remain committed to reaching that goal.
