Wow!!! I am feeling great today. Before I started "dieting" on July 15, I didn't know it would be so easy. I was still at 221.5 this morning. I have a strong feeling that by tomorrow morning, I will drop some more.


Lesson learned: Education. One needs to be educated concerning weight loss. How does a person know what right looks like? One has to be trained in a subject in order to know what right looks like. I am in the process of helping several people lose weight. You know, it feels good to help other people get motivated to lose weight.
