Biography
��������Nycta is best known as the main victim of the dimensional distortion phenomenon. She was extremely quiet and evasive, and no one knew much about her...no one except Cryogen, who sensed a kindred spirit in her. The two of them were very much alike, and became fast friends. However, Nycta eventually met Shade and fell in love, leaving Cryogen behind without a second thought. Cryogen became depressed, and he never really let go of her, retaining an awareness of her emotions even at a distance.
��������This was to end in tragedy, however. Nycta was the first to become unstable, and she attacked Cryogen and Sylvane as they were on the run from the Guild Complex. Sylvane took her on and fought to the death. When Shade joined the fight and took on Cryogen, he too was killed. Cryogen and Sylvane buried two of their closest friends in each others' arms in one grave, and swore revenge on whoever or whatever had caused the cosmic distortions. Nycta's ghost later appeared to Cryogen, and told him that all was forgiven. She and Shade now work with Juno for the cause of RSPK, though Nycta and Shade refuse to fight, having had enough of battle. Nycta waits for the day when she will be reborn to be with Shade in life again.

Character Facts

• Nycta is deceptively frail-looking, but her wiry frame hides immense power. She is a strong offensive magic user and physical fighter. However, her defense is low and she takes massive hits of damage.
• Nycta's level 7 techskill, Black Lightning, does damage in both Shadow and Electric. If the enemy is weak against either one of these, the attack will do triple the normal damage.
• Very little is known of Nycta's past, since she is so secretive. She has no friends other than Pyra, Cryogen and Shade, and rarely even emerges from her dormitory except to go to classes.
