To answer some of your question that I am too young to retire, yes, I am very lucky. I manage to do this through careful planning and budgeting. Putting two kids through University, single income with a sick wife, it was not easy but I did it with help from my family. Thank you.
I Have worked for Canada Post for 31 years but I only spent 12 years in Gateway, after transferring from Regina Post Office; I have made a lot of friends. And thanks for sharing your laughs, jokes and thoughts with me, and I have benefited from it.
The future looks exciting: I?ve got no definite plans beyond recovering and relaxing in the short term, and then getting fit, probably some voluntary work, all sorts of learning opportunities.
