1.
The Competitor will inspect the components and tools within 30 minutes.
The competitors are allowed to change incorrect or fault components with no loss
of score. The competitor who wants to ask questions or change components will
raise their hands for permission.
2.
The competitors will assembly a “Equipment depend on the host
province” within the prescribed time of 4 hours.
3.
The competitors must adjust the Digital Clock Circuit in order to
function properly.
4.
On completion, the competitors will submit their assembled equipment to
the referee and leave the area immediately.
Time : 4 hours 30 minutes
