SMNO felt that the attacked was seen as a violation of United Nation ( UN ) Charter by the US as a member of the United Nation . Any action of war would only damage the peace process and increase the global risk on terrorism . The loss of innocent lives and humanitarian catastrophe should be eliminated at all time . SMNO hope that the US would stop the war and go back to the diplomatic channel in overcoming any dipute with the consensus from members of the world body , United Nation for any course of action .
