Otto loves fire poke'mon because he thinks they're extreme. Otto thrives on being the best and will do ANYTHING to be the best. He always ends up over his head because he's bragging about skills he thinks he has. His drive to be the best, however, makes him a very good trainer.
Otto's dream is to be the best Poke'mon master of all time. He spends every waking moment training to beat Jay, and dreams about doing it in his sleep. Even if he does become a master, however, he still wants to have a fire poke'mon gym and share in his brother's dream.
Otto's greatest wish would be to have more people pay attention to him. Because he has three older brothers, by the time he comes along the gym leaders aren't impressed anymore. This only feeds his need to be the very best ever.
Otto's first poke'mon was a Cyndaquil, just like Reggie. He and the Cyndaquil, called Brimstone, hit it off great because they both had something in common. They both feared nothing.

Likes= Fire, Skateboarding, Surfing, Snowboarding, Mountain biking, Roller Blading, and basically any extreme sport possible.
Dislikes= Swimming, hanging with Conroy, and not having people pay attention to him.
Clothes= A black head band, a black fire shirt, black shorts with fire, black knuckle gloves, and black trainer boots.
