where do i start???
i know it's been a long, long time since i've updated this page. thanks for being patient with me. yes, i'm talking to all two of you. ha ha...
i actually give this page a good amount of thought. every time something interesting happens - and even when things aren't particularly interesting - i think about writing down my thoughts and putting them on this website. in the last month or two, however, i've been way too lazy or busy to do so.
so what i'm gonna do is just kinda ease back into this. i'll let you guys know what i've been up to since my last update a long time ago! nothing too profound - just a little something to reintroduce myself to y'all...
it was my birthday a few weeks ago. my sister did something really thoughtful and invited a bunch of people over to her place to have a birthday dinner for me. i had a lot of fun and was pretty thankful that that many people came out to spend the evening with me. also, i didn't know it at the time, but people had chipped in to buy me a veeeery nice digital camera as a birthday present. as much as i liked the camera (it's really...really nice), i was just as thankful that so many people had thought well enough of me to contribute to the gift. and definitely i thank god for putting these people in my life - each one has been a genuine blessing to me in his or her own way. each one an answered prayer. each one an example of what christ instructs the people in his body to be.
the night after my birthday, my friend jang bae came to town. he took the rest of the week off from work to come up and visit and play. and the rest of that story, my friends, deserves an entry all to its own...
