| This is my largest bowkill deer and the luckiest deer ever harvested. It bolted just as I released the arrow, but the arrow caught both juglar viens and put the deer down in about 100 yards. |

| This had to be the dumbest deer in the Turtle Mountains. I was in a very low placed bow stand and this deer actually smelled of my boots. As he walked away I had to shoot him. |
