Mom and Dad Carlton hosted the rehearsal dinner at The Capitol Plaza Hotel, which was also where we held the Wedding Reception the next day. Paul's Mom did a great job of planning a Tex-mex theme, complete with cowboy boots, red bandanas and all the fajitas, chips & salsa you could eat! She even included Sopapillas, complete with Vermont maple syrup! The tables looked beautiful and everyone had a great time. Paul's best man Ben Hollo MC'd the evening and he and Kath, his wife, did an acronym skit that made us laugh. We also went around the room and talked about each person that was there and what they meant to us. To make the night even more memorable, there was a slide presentation Mom C had compiled of Paul and I growing up through our engagement.
