| We also took Katie to RAF Coningsby one day to see Paul's jet, the Eurofighter Typhoon up close. She got to climb up and sit on the side of the jet as Paul described the Typhoon's capabilities and different unique things about the jet. We also took her over to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, which RAF Coningsby is the home to, so she got to see some famous WWII airplanes: the Lancaster Bomber, Hurricane & Spitfire. *** |
