Some glimpses of the working of the Marketing Society (2000)

Subject : Second Anniversary of FFIMCS
Respected Madam,
In order to celebrate the second anniversary of FFIMCS, the "Marketing Society" in one of its meeting has discussed about it. That proposal is put to you for financial assistance, we feel that it’s the minimum cost effective way to do it.
The cafeteria has provided the willingness to specially prepare "dahe bale" and we have contacted the bakers for the estimates of anniversary cake. Following are the estimates.
Students : 150 ( keeping in view that 100 students are registered with cafeteria)
Dahe Bale : 1,000
Cake ( 30 pounds) 4,000
Total : 5,000
We hope that FFIMCS management will support us as we feel that our institution do deserve its anniversary to be celebrated.

NOTICE
In order to elect new VP, Secretary and Treasurer, a meeting of society will be held on Wednesday,15 Nov. 2000 at 1:30 PM. The venue will be conference room and alternatively Room No. 3 (seminar room).
All members are cordially invited and are expected to actively participate in election process, their failure to attend the meeting and resulting objections (if any) regarding the election will not be entertained later.
