The Inventory System module allows you to adjust and track all stored inventory items as to Purchase Price, mark-up price, item minimum and maximum stock level, item code, Stock on hand etc. and generate comprehensive inventory reports.
Take advantage also of the integrated point of sales system, which can be used as a tool for tracking daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales. Item sold using the POS are automatically deducted from the stock records of the system thus updating the inventory master file.
If the system is attached to our SMS Server system the user can have the reports right on their mobile phone, thus illiminating remittance fraud even if you are hundreds of miles away from your system. (Any mobile phone can query for the income as long as it is registered in the SMS Server attached to this program.)
System Security is assured
Only legitimate user can access the system. Users will be provided with user name and password for them to access the system’s functionalities. User names and password are stored with data encryption for system protection. There are two types of user that the System identifies Plain User Level and Administrator Level. Only an administrator level can add and delete system users and utilize full functionalities of the program. The Plain user level can access full functionalities of the program except on the system user account management in which he is only allowed to update or change own password.
