Flank Steak is a terrific cut of meat for the grill. The picture above is of a flank steak that I prepared in my Teriyaki sauce for about four days. It was terrific, to say the least!
Another very simple recipe is to cover a flank with Dijion mustard and let it sit for a few minutes to several hours in the refridgerator - and then cook on the barbeque for as many as five or six minutes on each side.
I usually cut the flank into stripes. It's a great dish for a party or casual event. It's great with a glass of wine while watching the sunset in Hawaii. You will not be disappointed...even when in Saudi Arabia it is a superb cut of meat for the grill. |
