Guacamole Dip

Here's the recipe which is inspired from the guacamole at the former La Hacienda Mexican restaurant in Oahu, Hawaii.

Mash the avacodos.  Stir in the tomatos, onions, and chile strips.  Add the garlic powder, and season with salt until sweet.  Then garnish with cheddar cheese.

This makes a superb guacamole dip!
INGREDIENTS

2 large avacodos

1 medium tomato, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

3 teaspoon garlic powder

Dash of pepper

3 green chiles, strips minced

Salt to taste, about 2 teaspoons

1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded for garnish
