Pork or Chicken Adobo is a classic Filipino dish. It's bascially a stew.
The meat is very often a fatty pork or breast and thigh chicken. Beef is very common also.
Adobo has a zesty and slightly vinegary flavor. It's full of flavor!
Cook at medium boil for 30 to 60 minutes. When water is 80% boiled off, add the 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and simmer for a couple more minutes. |
