| It has been a crazy playoffs in the EHL this season, can beleive that all the main early favorites for the cup were gone. MTL, NJ, COL, VAN all are presently hitting some drives on various golf courses. Even the strong and surprising ATL and SJ couldn't hold on and stay in this years Windsor Cup Playoffs. In the begining of the season the whispers around the league were that the Avs would go for the Three-Peat and make it another great final with the Habs but that dream ended quickly for both GM's. On the outside looking in they can only sit and wonder what went wrong. Left are the Red Wings and the red hot Leafs, looks like an old time hockey rivalry at its best. The Leafs upset NJ, MTL and ATL to make it to the cup finals, that in its self has been quite a feat. On the other side the ever steady Red Wings finally make it to the big show, they have looked solid from the beginning and look to bring the Windsor Cup home to Hockeytown. Who will win this years Windsor Cup......only time will tell!! |
