The World Ruled By Ego, Money And Testoscerine
It shouldn't matter how much money you make
It shouldn't matter the things you take
It does matter our goals are fake
We should try understanding for our souls sakes
Before we slip into disease
Our minds we must try to heal and ease
We've been lost inside the game of tease
We should try our spirits to appease
By giving away this need to feed
Of all things that have to do with greed
Until of truth we have planted the seed
And no longer must sympathetic sensitive hearts bleed
From all the sights of innocents blood
Manipulated into falling down into the mud
And when they hit I wonder how loud is the thud
Listen to that or this poem shall be a dud
So lend a mind and lend an ear
To help prevent the things you fear
Before we break and before we tear
The reality of our failure grows nearer and nearer
Give of yourself and your empathy
Ignorance brings out the contempt in me
We really be the good things we try to be
Or death, greed, and empty suffering will be all that we see
