The Fun Poem
Have the fun you percieve
With the morals you believe
And save the world and ourselves
From ourselves
Do you believe in a thing called hell
And if you don't say very well
And hope the harm you recieve
You do not deserve
Holding on
Holding on to life
I'm staying to experience the story
Of mankind's attempts at attempts
On the quest for purpose
Hoping our creator won't hurt us
Or kill us too soon
And for love I swoon inspired
By nature's beauty
And simple yet perfect purpose
Hoping we can save it
Amused too soon by triviality
Brought to pleasure and doubt quixotically
The laws that guide us reveal their meaning
I return to myself and struggle to refine
